Referral criteria
We help young families with young children who have a family member suffering from a life-limiting illness. We also support young families who have suffered a recent bereavement.
Our houses are available for families to take a break from their treatment together or for relatives to have a rest while their loved one is looked after in a hospice. It is proving tricky to find enough holiday homes with wheelchair access, but our search goes on.
All properties are self-catering and unfortunately we cannot offer medical support, although we try hard to give details of local treatment centres, where appropriate.
Please click on the Holiday Application Form and return it to us, along with a supporting letter from a healthcare professional. Additional information might be needed if you have mobility issues that we need to be aware of. When we receive it, we will let the family know what properties are available and work together with them to find the most suitable holiday
