Houses on The Directory are updated regularly as they are only available for a week or two each year. Once a house has been used, it is taken offline until the following year. We are working hard to increase the choice on The Directory so that ultimately, wherever there is a hospice, we have accommodation within two hours drive.

Families can use the link opposite to view the houses and their potential availability but they must not contact the holiday companies directly. They let us know their preferred location and we contact the owner to see if that suits them. Only if all parties are happy, do we contact the agents to book the week out.

We are supported by several holiday home companies who promote us to their owners who rent professionally. Where these properties are donated, we can liaise with the agents so that homeowners are confident that their donation is not interfering with normal practice. With all houses, we will make sure that you are reimbursed any housekeeping costs, so there’s no any expense to having our families visit.
